The head is made of SUS317 stainless steel which enables smooth shaving and resists heat, chemicals and other impurities. The purpose of the rounded tip of the SS razor is to gently push down the skin and disperse pressure at the tip. Providing excellent grip and control, the enamel handle is made from synthetically engineer resin which resists heat up to 275-degree F (135-degree C). The built-in blade head is a spring-mounted, one-touch mechanism for dismantling and cleaning. This razor comes in black, wine and lime and uses the Feather Artist Club Professional, ProGuard, Super, Light and SoftGuard Blades. The handle and blades are made in Japan.
