***This is Pre-Owned Feather Switch-Blade Shear 5.5" ***.  Although it is Pre-owned, Opened, most, if not all,  of these pre-owned shears are new and never been used.  Customers bought wrong size and returned back to us after realizing they bought wrong size.  These will be in the original  but OPENED package.  If for some reason, not happy with the products, we will issue a full refund.
